  poor
  came over the bridge raced after a busy day and night at work
  the sat nav post code they gave took me to the back of beyond
  in the dark it was impossible to see
  no signs visible in the dark
  my first time here
  then i tried the other sat nav address they had
  got to tesco
  directed by tesco staff
  ran
  down dark long passage
  outside
  quite frightening on my own
  got here
  show delayed by one hour
  could have used that at home
  they had e mailed apparently but not to me
  they said oh well you would have been late anyway
  doing me a favour really
  rather supercilious
  not welcoming
  when i explained about the sat nav problem they clearly didn't believe me
  asked for wifi at the bar
  they said you need the code
  didnt offer it
  i said well could i have it
  the request was clearly a surprise
  eventually on the third attempt i got it off the bored lady at the bar
  it is a shame as i like to support small venues and came out of my way with bridge fee to support this one
  let down by their staff who may perhaps in future think, lone guest from another town lets be friendly
